Gregg S. Haladyna has been a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association and the Greater Lowell Bar Association and is licensed to practice in all of the Courts in Massachusetts as well as the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts and the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.

 

With over 35 years of experience, Attorney Haladyna has tried Civil and Criminal cases in the District, Probate and Superior Courts of Massachusetts and the U.S. District Court.  He handles all aspects of case preparation and is personally accessible to clients at all phases of cases.

 

In addition to handling disputes and litigating when necessary, Attorney Haladyna has been representing individuals and businesses in the Greater Lowell area since 1985, addressing a variety of their legal needs including Real Estate transactions and development, Wills and Trusts, Probating estates, organizing business entities and handling transactions.
